The short version
- We never collect anything from children.
- This website has no ads, no tracking, no analytics and no cookies.
- If a grown-up signs up for our free printables, we keep their email and first name only, to send Poppiwink printables and news. We never sell or share it.
- You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time.
Who we are
Poppiwink is a small Australian business that makes sing-along songs, videos and printables for young children. Contact: hello@poppiwink.com.
Children
Our songs are made for children, but this website is not built to collect anything from them. There are no accounts, comments, chat or forms for children. Our sign-up form is for adults only: we ask people to confirm they are 18 or older, and we never ask for a child’s name, age, photo or any other details. If you think a child has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.
Visiting this website
We don’t use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or social media trackers. Our fonts and images are stored on our own website. Like every website, our host (Hostinger) keeps basic server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
Videos open in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, and only after you press play. YouTube’s own privacy policy applies once a video plays. Links to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon and Etsy take you to those websites, and their privacy policies apply there.
Our email list (grown-ups only)
If you sign up on our free printables page, we collect:
- your email address,
- your first name, if you choose to give it,
- whether you are a parent/carer or an educator,
- the date and time you signed up and confirmed, which our email service records as proof of your consent.
We use this only to send you the free pack, a monthly mini activity book and occasional Poppiwink news. We confirm every sign-up with a “Confirm” email first (double opt-in). Every email has an unsubscribe link that works straight away.
Our email service is MailerLite (MailerLite UAB, Lithuania), which stores this information for us. Its servers may be outside Australia. MailerLite may count whether our emails are opened or links are clicked, so we can see which printables people like. We never use your email for advertising and we never sell or share it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: use the link at the bottom of any email.
- See, fix or delete your details: email hello@poppiwink.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.
- Complaints: email us first. If you’re not happy with our answer, in Australia you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change matters to people on our email list, we’ll tell them by email.
